I Do Dream

Yes I am a human,
And I do dream.

Dream of success and happiness,
Dream to build a better tomorrow.

A tomorrow with no worries,
Tomorrow build on exponential path.

But, path is uncertain and tough,
Path- the less or untravelled.

Untravelled roads are my life,
Untravelled journeys give a confidence.

Confidence at times get shattered,
Confidence is questioned by own fears.

Fears of failures and falling back,
Fears of unknown future & mocking society.

Society which gives free advice without asking,
Society which has a book of own perceptions.

Why? Why I need to confirm perceptions,
Why I can't have my own ideas?

An idea which has a free spirit,
Idea which explores and unravel the truth.

Truth which is unbiased,
Truth- moved by dreams and desires.

A desire to prove myself,
Desire which is pure and intoxicating.

Intoxicating so that I overcome my fears,
Intoxicating so that I may not loose focus.

Focus to aim, prepare, stand and hit,
Focus to trust thyself and be headstrong.

Headstrong to not succumb to adversity,
Headstrong to rise again when none believes.

Belief- an ingredient at times missing,
Belief vanishes when in fear and self-doubt.

Self-doubt, a boulder in success,
Self-doubt- an enemy of human.

Yes I am a human who fears,
But also a human who is proud.

Proud of own dreams and hidden potentials,
Proud of experiences learned from failures,
Proud of observing life of austerity and adventure,
Proud of passing through the zigzag maze,
Proud of being a self built warrior,
Proud to shape own future and shine again.

The Morning Friends

I woke up with the alarming clock telling me that, “It’s time to wake up dear. We, your friends are waiting for you.” I smiled and took a view outside the window. “Good Morning friends!”, as I whispered to them, they started sharing their comforting and encouraging virtues.

The clock initiated, “Always keep a track of each second, don’t loose the hold. Hold time with it’s head and you will succeed.”

As I stepped outside, the night was converting into early dawn and the view was amazingly beautiful. They waved and said, “Be beautiful inside out like us. Maintain a perfect harmony and balance like us. Embrace the change wholeheartedly as it will bring a better version of yours always.”

The Moon was fading and dull, almost invisible. I felt bad for its condition. Even then it smiled and corrected me, “No my dear! Never feel low. Time will be tough, there will be failures. But you must not forget, when courage is in heart, there is always chance to rise again. It’s a temporary phase which will pass out. Meanwhile prepare, work on yourself and come again with a bang. Like I will meet you at night again.”

The fresh air filled me with freshness all around. It whispered to me, “Be fresh and lively like me. Take in the positivity and spread it all around, people need it.”

The benign cool temperature embraced me and gestured, “Spread the warmth of love of your heart unconditionally to the whole world, humans and nature collectively. Forgive and forget all. You are like me just give comfort to others.” I asked, “But what about me? When someone hurt me, how can I spread love?” It answered, “The ones with pure heart and noble mind are always protected. Don’t worry about who did what, you follow your path, the nature will perform it’s justice.”

By that time my cute little melodious friends was hopping around me. “Hey, come lets enjoy! Be like us, childlike, joyful, filled with hope and melody. The joy keeps us young and adorable. The hope keeps us motivated that by the evening we will surely get something for our living. And the sweet voice makes up the day of anyone or everyone we meet. Even if you perform a small task, do it well. It doesn’t matter that the work you performed was small or big. What matters is how effectively and efficiently you executed it and how proud are you on that work”, said the birds.

I cheerfully started my morning with my friends, playing, giggling and chatting with one another. It was the time for me to start the daily chores.

As I was about to leave, an insightful voice came from behind. I turned and my eyes broadened with brightness. It was the Sun!

“Going without meeting me?”, it questioned. “How can I?”, I answered. The Sun said, “I know, I am a bit late today. Actually I was not. I was hiding behind the clouds and was waiting for my turn to come. Friend, don’t forget to shine! Be confident and have self belief like me. Be disciplined and focussed, aim the goal and hit it. Be persistent like me, for there will surely be a day when your bright shine will fill all this universe. Just keep going!”

And with the precious surprising gifts given by my friends, I started the day.

मैं हारती नहीं। (I don’t fail)

Life lesson by a Tiny Warrior

Today in the morning while I was in hurry to kick start my routine day, one tiny thing held my attention. It was this:

This is a normal, not so good image, right? There is nothing much attention seeking, right? Now have a look on larger picture:

The above image explains it all. One may see the broken tiles or the imprints of white wash or the old fashioned dull wall or the gas pipeline or for that matter, the uneven plants. But can one see the centre point in this, the source of motivation? Yes, it is that small tiny creature firmly standing at the base of the wall. Its peeping slightly out through the hole of wall and trying to understand what the world outside the boundaries is.

This tiny plant is having a lot of similarity with our lives. It gives an explanation to many of our doubts.

Often we follow the patterned rules and roads in our life. We hesitate to take steps or live a life which is not similar to that of others or opposite to the societal rules. We resist to step on the roads not taken. We prefer to blindly follow the crowd rather than following what our real self wants.

Every one of us have got different fingerprints. Just imagine what the nature in itself is explaining to us by this. It educates us that each individual has his or her own existence and life. There is no differentiation by the nature. My question to you is when we are different then why do we follow the patterns or dogmas? Why don’t we understand what does we want or what is our liking, strengths and weaknesses? Why don’t we explore ourselves in the given circumstances and then set our life goals? There is no ‘by default button’ in our life. Goals and life must be led as per what you want (after a constructive research) and what is possible in the atmosphere in which you live. Instead, we follow what other’s are planning for themselves. Often we prefer to abide the societal norms. It’s good to abide but how many times you tried to understand the underlying concept behind the norm. Nothing is permanent, we need to asses whether that norm is still applicable or not. We don’t prefer to take the untraveled roads (life patterns).

Whenever there is anything outside the societal or own made imaginary boundaries, we resist our steps further. Also, we often hide behind our circumstances, our life, family and fellows, the materialistic or immaterialistic resources and give explanations of following the patterns. The tiny plant in image is not aiming to grow under the safe shadow of its elder buddies. It’s even not lamenting by giving excuses like, “other big plants have taken up the resources (food via soil) by expansion of roots or I am not given the opportunity or I was not given the proper care or I am alone etc.”

The tiny one has chosen what it wants in the given scenario. It may be exposed to harsh realities of the outside world. But its gathering great courage and strength to take tiny steps ahead.

There is one more benefit when we follow unpatterned paths. Anyhow the ultimate result is of two types: success or failure. There isn’t a middle path for goals. So, on each path the result is going to be one among the two types.

Also, if we try and understand the unexplored situation in terms of probability (scientifically), then the better chances of winning is in the case where there is lesser number of people competing. In today’s technologically advanced global world, opportunities are numerous. But the only thing which matters is to tap them at the right moment with full preparation. But with the growing population and awareness the competition is increasing rapidly, this is a threat.

You never know that from a tiny warrior (in above image) you may transform into this:

And from a surviving warrior (above image) you may transform by going through a rough road and taking pains into the following:

The paths on both sides ie the crowded one and the unexplored one are tough and there is no hundred percent sure shot success formula. But one thing is for sure, you in the latter case will be satisfied that, “Yes I lived like a warrior, confident about my own potentials, I took my own decisions by brainstorming.”

You will have that contententment of at least trying and pushing yourself to your own decisions. The motivation will come automatically as the decision will be of your choice. You will enjoy each phase of the process. You will learn a lot throughout the process of setting goals, preparation, assessment, execution and finally the result.

Success or failure depends on character and vision rather than external factors like circumstances or near ones.

Dear friend

Dear friend, times are tough and dull. I know, you are trying hard to make everything fall at right place, but it isn’t happening.

Don’t you worry as this will change. Fresh air will fill up your life, replacing the baggage and burdens. Once again, the life will present you with its vivid beauty. There will be liveliness, cheerfulness and peace all around. Your hardwork and efforts will reap into a giant tree.

Meanwhile two things you need to hold which are patience and hope. Have patience, continue to live each day with positivity and hold your hope very strongly in addition to it. It’s always motivating to have dreams, do dream. Do you know why? It is because dreams act like blueprints of your project named “life”. Hope gives you confidence to execute it. Patience acts like a catalyst to move just a little bit more.

Self clicked

Believe it, there is the rising Sun, waiting for you just a little far away, I can see it. Its eagerly waiting for you to meet. Its having full faith in you and so is alone standing there. I too am having faith on you. Come, hold me and walk!

When we will reach there we will see the beautiful world. From there the sky will be more blue with a reddish tinge. The birds will fill in melodious music in the background. The nature will be lively, colouring vibrance in the landscape. We will feel serenity and peace comforting us. You and me sitting on top of a hill along with the rising reddish orange sun will cherish the happiness and contentment embracing us.
